Leadership Team
Jacob Thomas has over 24 years of experience in manufacturing and SAP and has diverse experience in functional consulting, program management and end-to-end delivery. He has been instrumental in setting up the SAP practice, Delivery Centers and managing large teams with MNCs. With a strong background in Manufacturing and SCM, he has worked in different domains like Life Sciences, Financial and Insurance Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail among others. He has been involved with global clients in Program management, Transition and Transformation programs, Account Management, networking and building client relationships and solution architecture. Having driven numerous onshore-offshore delivery for various clients, Jacob has a strong understanding of different cultures and work ethics having worked with clients in North America, Europe and APAC.

Prashanth Ramakrishna is a Sourcing and Procurement SME and a Program Manager who has been with a Global Consulting Organization since 2004 and is based in London. He has over 16 years of delivery experience in multiple ERP systems, primarily within Sourcing & Procurement. He has experience in SAP and ARIBA tools and integration with financial systems. Prashanth RK has led teams in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, within Oil & Gas, Defence, Media, and Consumer goods. Apart from this, he has led Data Migration projects, and has been Development and Process lead at global implementations. He has provided Solution Architecture for several clients in Sourcing & Procurement area..
Prashanth holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified SAP Consultant in SRM and Materials Management
